Create a Roman style mosaic

Have a look at some examples of Roman Mosaics at this link:

Then have a go at creating your own mosaic. 
You could use pieces of coloured paper and glue or you could colour squares on a piece of squared paper. You could also try an on line mosaic maker: http://gwydir.demon.co.uk/jo/mosaic/mkmosaic.htm
